All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse
We will provide a tracking number by email and SMS
It takes up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to each country are calculated upon checkout according to different global shipping zones.
Exceptions: Free shipping for orders exceeding 260$, excluding order containing wooden rolex boxes!
Processing time: Up to 3 business days
Shipping Time: Between 4 – 10 business days
Some items may have longer processing times depending on the volume of orders.
Time-frames may increase during particularly busy periods.
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support via email, telephone or live chat, from 8am to Midnight.
You will receive the instructions based on your needs.
Inform us regarding the request for refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery.
All products must be retuned using a courier service.
No restocking fee.
Refunds are made no matter of the payment type (Western Union, Credit Card and Bitcoin).
